In honour of Jlo’s coveted Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at this year’s VMA’s, the singer took to the stage to perform a medley of hits fro her illustrious 20 years plus musical career.

The singer performed a string of classics including “Love Don’t Cost A Thing”, “Jenny From The Block” and “I’m Glad”. The singer has had a huge influence on dance culture over her career with the majority of her music videos incorporating memorable dance breaks. 

Jlo began her career as a back up dancer for New Kids On The Block in the early 90’s before touring with Janet Jackson on her world tour in 1993, she then went on to star as Selena in the biopic of the same name in the late 90’s, before applying her focus to music in the noughties. She released a string of hits throughout this period which catapulted her to international stardom.
