At the beginning of March, veteran choreographer Jaquel Knight launched a competition whereby dancers had to submit a 60 second video showcasing original choreography to a selected song. Videos were judged on style, groove & pocket, creativity and “plain litness”
The first place prize was a beats by dre pill, exclusive merchandise from Jaquel Knight Entertainment and a sit down with the main himself.
This year’s winner is Khalil Mcneil, who put together an insanely good routine to N*E*R*D’s song “Kites”. The dance video features tight and swaggy choreography with Khalil and fellow dancers dressed in colourful fits.
