The 2018 Juste Debout final was as explosive as ever this year with street dancers gatrhering from all over the world to celrbrate and enjoy the finalists on show.

This year’s final was held at Accor Hotel Arena in Paris and the place was buzzing from 2pm onwards. Red Bull BC One All Star Neguin and former Juste Debout champion Kyoka kicked things off as they wowed the crowd with a stellar opening performance, combining the strengths of two masters from different styles. 

Judging the competition were Rashaad, Tash, Ricky Soul and Dedson, scoring the competitors based on musicality, technique and individual style.  

The following took home the crown in their respective fields: 

  • Niako & Icee (Hip-Hop)
  • Greenteck & Nelson (Popping)
  • Banacongo (Locking)
  • Serge & Kwame (House)
  • Misha (Experimental)
  • Miyu (Junior Dance Tour)

The duo of Greenteck & Nelson were perhaps the standout perfomers of the event putting on a performance that had the roaring with excitement!

As usual, Red Bull Music covered the event and Sway was on board to provide commentary for the channel.
